Set Up Label Canvas
First, set up the canvas size and margins for your labels to ensure proper printing. Choose the appropriate label size (e.g., A4, Letter) or input custom dimensions.
Choose Template or Start from Scratch
You can choose from our rich template library covering various industries or start with a blank canvas for custom design. Templates are fully editable.
Import Data and Preview
Import your data file (Excel, CSV, etc.), and the system will automatically map it to labels. You can define variables like names, addresses, or barcodes.
Batch Export
After completing the design, you can batch export labels in PDF, PNG, and other formats, supporting high-quality printing. Supports up to 300dpi output.
